About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Operations Intern who wants to learn the end-to-end mechanics of HR in a fast-growing tech company. Youll work alongside our HR team on documentation, records, attendance, and engagement - a hands-on introduction to how people operations actually run.

This internship is suited to final-year students or recent graduates, with potential for full-time conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support onboarding and joining formalities, including document collection and verification.
• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HRMS data with accuracy.
• Help track attendance, leave, and daily HR coordination.
• Prepare HR documents, letters, and internal communication drafts under guidance.
• Support engagement activities, recognition programs, and team initiatives.
• Handle routine, first-level employee queries and escalate where needed.

Required Skills

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good command of Excel/Google Sheets and basic documentation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and a willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Proactive, coachable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to any HRMS or attendance tool.
• Interest in HR operations, payroll, or people analytics as a career track.
