HR Operations Intern

What You'll Do

• Screen candidate profiles and shortlist relevant talent.
• Conduct initial candidate interactions and basic screening calls.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Help close open positions within timelines.
• Source candidates from different platforms when required.
• Keep hiring trackers and candidate updates organized.
• Take ownership of assigned roles and ensure they move forward quickly.

• Quick learner and problem solver.
• Proactive and reliable—you don't wait to be told every next step.
• Good at multitasking and managing deadlines.
• Comfortable talking to people and building connections.

Internship Details

• Duration: 2 Months
• Paid Internship
• Work directly with the hiring team and gain hands-on recruitment experience.
• High performers may get future opportunities with us.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
