About Techdome

Techdome is a fast-growing Product Venture. We’re looking for a motivated fresher to join our People Operations team and learn how HR runs in a scaling tech company, with hands-on exposure from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, confirmations, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records and documentation accurately in the HRMS(Keka)
• Track attendance and leave, and help prepare monthly payroll inputs.
• Assist with statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT) and filings under senior guidance.
• Draft HR letters, templates, and SOP documents.
• Plan and support employee engagement activities and events.
• Respond to employee queries as a first point of contact.
• Prepare basic HR reports (headcount, attrition, onboarding status).
• Use AI tools (e.g., Claude) to speed up documentation and reporting.

Who Can Apply

• MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field, or a graduate with strong HR interest (2024-2026 pass-outs welcome).
• Internship or project exposure in HR is a plus.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication, with a high sense of confidentiality and ownership.
• Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

• Basic understanding of Indian labour laws and payroll.
• Familiarity with any HRMS, or interest in learning Keka.
• Interest in employee engagement and culture-building.
