About the Role Kraft Creation is looking for an Business Operations Intern to support daily operations, project coordination, team communication, and task tracking. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and track project tasks and deadlines.
• Follow up on pending tasks and project deliverables.
• Maintain project trackers, reports, and documentation.
• Assist in project management, scheduling, and team coordination.
• Coordinate between management and different departments.
• Monitor project progress and report delays or operational issues.
• Support day-to-day business operations and administrative activities.
• Prepare basic daily/weekly operational reports. Requirements
  • Graduate or pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Operations, or a related field.
  • Good English and Hindi communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Good follow-up skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
