Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior HR Operations Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations in Hong Kong, with a strong focus on HRIS, C& B, and HR SSC. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle, while driving continuous improvement in processes, systems, and employee experience.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Hong Kong HR operations, strong knowledge of statutory requirements, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This individual should also be highly familiar with AI and digital tools, with the ability to leverage technology and automation to streamline processes, reduce manual workload, and enhance service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle for Hong Kong, ensuring services are delivered accurately, compliantly, and with a strong focus on employee experience.
• Oversee Compensation & Benefits operations, ensuring payroll inputs, employee benefits, and related records are administered accurately, timely, and in full compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
• Act as the key owner and subject matter expert for HRIS-related processes, responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of HR systems and employee data, while driving continuous improvements in system utilisation, workflow efficiency, reporting capability, data governance, and compliance with company policies and data privacy requirements.
• Support and enhance HR Shared Services delivery by improving service standards, strengthening responsiveness, and ensuring timely and effective resolution of employee enquiries and HR cases.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve ways of working, and leverage technology, automation, and AI tools to enhance operational efficiency, reduce repetitive manual work, and improve employee experience.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy, responsiveness, and service excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to HR Operations, HRIS, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Shared Services.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF, salaries tax filing requirements, statutory leave, and employment-related compliance.
• Strong familiarity with HR systems, AI tools & data management, with the ability to maintain data accuracy and improve process effectiveness.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and respond quickly to business needs.
