HR Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

• Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
• Ensure all employee records and documentation are complete, accurate, and up to date
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts and HR documentation

2. Payroll & Benefits

• Oversee monthly payroll, including attendance, overtime, and adjustments
• Coordinate Social Security (SSO), personal income tax, and statutory contributions
• Administer employee benefits with accuracy and timeliness

3. Process Development & Optimization

• Design, implement, and continuously improve HR processes (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, approvals)
• Ensure processes are practical, standardized, and consistently followed
• Partner with management to drive operational efficiency

4. HR Data & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and confidential HR databases and records
• Prepare regular HR reports (e.g. headcount, turnover, payroll costs)
• Ensure data integrity and proper documentation practices

5. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure HR operations comply with Thai labor laws and internal policies
• Support audits and handle basic employee relations or labor issues
• Coordinate with HR Compliance and Legal as needed

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with Finance (payroll), IT (employee setup), and Admin (workspace and equipment)
• Ensure seamless execution of internal HR and operational processes
