Work Arrangement (Please Read Before Applying)

This is a full-time, onsite position based in San Fernando, Pampanga.

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Currently reside in Pampanga (applications from outside Pampanga will not be considered)
• Be willing to work onsite on a daily basis
• Work primarily on a day shift, with flexibility to adjust your schedule for occasional evening training sessions or client visits.

Please note: This role is not open to remote work, hybrid work arrangements, or relocation.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

HR Operations

• Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, documentation, offboarding)
• Maintain and organize 201 files and HR records
• Assist in drafting HR policies and process documentation
• Coordinate employee engagement and internal initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies

Payroll & Government Compliance

• Assist in payroll preparation and coordination

• Monitor timekeeping, leave tracking, and benefits enrollment & management

• Process government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)

• Maintain accurate HR reports and documentation

Admin & Office Support

• Support office administration and vendor coordination
• Schedule interviews and meetings
• Assist leadership with documentation and reporting
• Provide front desk / receptionist support when needed

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Early Stage)

• Support hiring needs across departments during the company’s growth stage

• Coordinate recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling

• Help develop hiring processes and candidate experience standards

• Ensure new hires align with Marquee’s values and culture

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experience & Capability

• 5 years of experience in HR, payroll, or people operations
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor compliance and government contributions
• Highly organized with strong documentation and process-building skills
• Comfortable working in a scaling, fast-moving environment
• Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
