Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a positive and compliant experience for all staff members.
• Manage and maintain the integrity of the HR Management System (HRMS) to support accurate data tracking and reporting.
• Oversee attendance management protocols, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and labor regulations.
• Administer the Performance Management System (PMS), facilitating goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
• Coordinate and execute comprehensive training programs to foster continuous professional development across the organization.
• Lead complex payroll management operations, ensuring timely and precise compensation processing.
• Spearhead bulk hiring initiatives, managing high-volume recruitment cycles to meet rapid business scaling needs.
• Streamline general HR operations to improve productivity and support the broader IT Services business objectives.
