HR Operations Manager

Cpl HR Recruitment have great opportunity for a HR professional who thrives in a large, complex environment and enjoys combining employee relations expertise, HR systems knowledge, workforce analytics, and process improvement in a HR Operations Manager position. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering data-driven insights, in depth reporting, managing employee relations matters, supporting performance processes, and driving continuous improvement across HR operations. The role offers significant exposure across the business, partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders to provide both operational and strategic HR support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR extensive reporting, workforce analytics, and people metrics, providing insights to support business decision-making.
• Manage employee relations cases and provide expert guidance to managers on employment matters and best practice.
• Oversee probation and performance management processes, coaching leaders and supporting complex cases.
• Ensure HR data accuracy, compliance reporting, and governance requirements are met.
• Drive continuous improvement across HR processes, systems, reporting, and people operations.
• Support HR technology, automation, and transformation initiatives, including HRIS enhancements and AI adoption.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and contribute to wider HR projects and strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' HR experience within a large, complex organisation.
• Strong employee relations experience and confidence managing cases independently.
• Advanced Excel and HR reporting/data analytics skills.
• Experience working with HR systems; HRIS implementation or migration experience is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for continuous improvement and leveraging technology to enhance HR operations.
