HR Operations Officer

About the role

The HR Operation Officer supports the HR Department in managing payroll, timekeeping, employee concerns, and operational support across the warehouse. This role ensures accurate payroll processing, addresses workplace issues, monitors attendance and productivity, and manages operational necessities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage timekeeping and payroll for all employees, including verification for newly hired under-agency employees
• Monitor and verify attendance and timekeeping records to ensure accuracy of payroll processing
• Monitor employees' daily attendance and punctuality
• Address employee concerns and workplace issues and provide guidance to resolve employee-related problems
• Prepare incident reports and coordinate with the agency for memo issuance when necessary
• Handle employee termination cases for repeated violations, poor performance, or multiple disciplinary memos
• Coordinate with supervisors and Head of Operations regarding operational issues caused by employee delays
• Monitor workflow of each department and identify factors affecting productivity or causing delays
• Conduct employee meetings to remind staff of company policies, rules, and acceptable behavior
• Handle and manage company petty cash, process purchasing and payments, record daily expenses, and maintain documentation of receipts
