Role Description This full-time, on-site HR Operations / HR Partner role is based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, and data management in HR systems. The HR professional will support employee relations by addressing queries, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Responsibilities include implementing and updating HR policies, coordinating performance management and compensation processes, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. The role also collaborates with managers to support workforce planning, onboarding, and training initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong HR Operations skills, including handling HR processes, HR data, and HR systems.
• Candidates should possess solid Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills to support organizational HR strategy and daily HR activities.
• Candidates should possess effective Employee Relations skills to manage workplace issues, employee engagement, and communication.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies to develop, interpret, and implement policies in line with legal and organizational requirements.
• Relevant experience in an HR generalist or HR operations role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulatory compliance in India.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
