Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

• Maintain employee master data and personnel files.
• Manage joining formalities, documentation, transfers, promotions, confirmations, and exits.
• Prepare employment letters, salary revision letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
• Manage employee lifecycle transactions in the HRMS/ERP system.
• Handle Full & Final Settlement and exit documentation. Payroll Processing
• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for permanent, contractual, and temporary employees.
• Collect and validate attendance, shift, overtime, leave, incentives, deductions, and other payroll inputs.
• Process salary, overtime, bonuses, incentives, arrears, full & final settlements, and other payroll components.
• Ensure accurate calculation of statutory deductions and employee benefits.
• Coordinate with Finance for salary processing and bank transfer.
• Prepare payroll reports, salary registers, variance reports, and MIS.

. Attendance & Leave Management

• Monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, shifts, late marks, overtime, and weekly offs.
• Maintain accurate employee attendance and leave records.
• Resolve attendance and payroll-related employee queries.

. Statutory Compliance

• Ensure timely compliance with applicable labour and employment laws.
• Handle PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable statutory requirements..
