HR Operations Specialis

Role Description The HR Operations Specialist is a part-time remote role responsible for supporting day-to-day HR processes and ensuring smooth delivery of HR services. This position involves maintaining employee records, processing HR documentation, and assisting with the implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures. The specialist will handle routine HR queries, support employee relations activities, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve HR-related issues. Additional tasks may include contributing to HR reporting, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, and helping improve HR workflows and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong HR Operations and HR Management skills to oversee daily HR activities and support core HR processes.
• Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Policies to ensure compliance and consistent application across the organization.
• Experience in Employee Relations, including handling inquiries, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, part-time setting.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency with HR information systems and basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of regional labor laws and HR compliance requirements is an advantage.
