HR Operations Specialis

Role Description The HR Operations Specialist will support the firm’s human resources function by managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, HR documentation, and HR systems and records. The role includes administering HR policies and procedures, assisting with payroll and benefits coordination, and maintaining accurate employee data. The specialist will help address employee inquiries, support employee relations activities, and contribute to HR compliance and reporting. This part-time role is hybrid, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a combination of office presence and some work-from-home flexibility. The HR Operations Specialist will collaborate closely with management and team members to ensure consistent, efficient, and compliant HR practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and Human Resources (HR) to manage daily HR processes and workflows.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations and HR Management to support a positive workplace and handle employee matters professionally.
• Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies to implement, communicate, and maintain compliant and clear HR guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR reporting and basic analytics is beneficial.
• Effective communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
