HR Operations Specialist – Warehouse Operations

About the role

This role involves partnering with managers and business units to provide integrated HR support, including talent development, succession planning, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. You will analyze HR data to identify trends, facilitate communication between employees and management, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing HR programs, including talent development, succession planning, and competency enhancement
• Partner with managers in addressing employee relations concerns and ensuring fair and consistent resolution in accordance with company policies
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements in team performance and employee experience
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Training, and other HR teams to provide integrated HR support to assigned business units
• Facilitate effective communication between employees and management to promote a positive and productive workplace
• Support organizational changes, restructuring, process improvements, and employee movements
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives that improve people operations and organizational effectiveness
• Coordinate with warehouse and sorting facility managers regarding workforce concerns, manpower needs, and other HR-related matters

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least one year of HR experience, preferably in HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles
• Good understanding of HR processes, labor laws, employee relations, and people management principles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyze HR data, identify trends, and recommend practical solutions
• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced operational environment
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
• Willing to travel for business trips when required
• Willing to work onsite from Monday to Saturday in Brgy. Dampol, Pulilan, Bulacan
