Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our HR team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR Operations and basic knowledge of payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR Operations activities.
• Assist with employee documentation and HR records.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist with payroll-related activities and coordination.
• Maintain and update employee data and HR trackers.
• Coordinate with employees and internal teams for HR-related requirements.
• Support other HR administrative activities as required.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in HR Operations.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Prior payroll experience is mandatory/preferred.
• Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.
• Candidates must be willing to work 5 days from office.
• Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Compensation

CTC: 2.0 2.5 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
