HR OPTIMIZATION ASSOCIATE

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4 year course
• With 1-2 years of experience, but fresh graduates with great skills and personality are welcome to apply
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point

Job Responsibilities:

• Organizes company activities by providing assistance in the planning of the programs through creation of project reports, processing of budget, execute admin and logistics tasks, and in actualizing the approved company activities while adhering to agreed timelines.
• Assesses employee satisfaction and encourages open communication by administering feedback surveys, creating survey reports, and implementing employee recognition programs.
• Assists in the internal/external trainings by providing assistance in the processing of budget, executing admin and logistics tasks, and in actualizing the approved trainings in a timely manner
• Ensures that annual/biannual performance appraisals are conducted and submitted timely.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (7:00 - 4:00PM)
