Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR - OD with 5 years of experience to support day-to-day HR- People development in the Retail sector. The role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a sound understanding of core HR processes, preferably with experience or interest in the retail or jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support organizational development initiatives and change-management programs.
• Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
• Identify training and development needs based on business requirements, performance gaps, and employee feedback.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Handle basic grievance handling and escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure KPI/KRA/T&D | People management
• Coordinate Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Track HR metrics related to training, performance, engagement, retention, absenteeism, and employee development.
• Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
• Basic knowledge of HR functions, employment laws, and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/HRMS.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Experienced in Retail sector good to have
