HR Organization Development Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, strategic HROD Manager (~5 years experience) to lead our organizational growth and digital HR capabilities.

In this role, you will take full ownership of a specialized team spanning HROD, HRIS, and Tech & Data. You will act as a big-picture strategist and independent operator, driving end-to-end succession management, organizational effectiveness, and data-backed HR systems. Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team overseeing HROD, HRIS, and HR Tech & Data. Align team output with macro business objectives while fostering a culture of continuous learning.

• End-to-End Talent and Succession Management: Design, execute, and govern the company-wide Succession Planning framework. Identify critical roles, evaluate successor readiness, and drive accelerated development plans for key leadership positions.

• Strategic OD & Organizational Design: Look at the "big picture" of business strategy to deliver scalable OD solutions—improving team effectiveness, org structures, workforce planning, and engagement programs.

• HRIS, Tech & Data Governance: Direct the roadmap for HR Tech & Data, ensuring data integrity, analytics-driven insights, and seamless digital employee experiences across HR platforms.

• Executive Stakeholder Management: Act as an independent trusted partner to senior leaders, facilitating talent review sessions, presenting HR data insights, and influencing cross-functional decisions.

• Fast-Paced HR Execution: Work independently and navigate changing priorities with agility, translating complex strategies into swift, actionable HR initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: ~5 years of experience in HR Organization Development, Strategic Talent Management, and HR Systems.
• People Leadership: Proven track record of managing and developing team members across HROD, HRIS, or HR Tech/Data.
• Core HR Technical Expertise: Deep hands-on experience in Succession Planning, Competency Frameworks, Talent Reviews, Workforce Planning, and HR Data Analytics.
• Work Style & Mindset: Strategic "big-picture" vision combined with high execution speed in a dynamic environment; capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage, influence, and align senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Education & Languages: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Excellent command of Thai and English.

Preferred / Plus:
Hands-on experience in leading or participating in an HRIS system change, implementation, or major digital transformation project (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP, or similar).
