Job Summary

Support organizational effectiveness and strategic execution through organization diagnosis, structure optimization, and talent development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Organizational Diagnosis & Structure Optimization

• Support organizational assessments through interviews, surveys, and data analysis
• Review organizational structures, role design, and workforce planning
• Provide recommendations for structure and process optimization
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational changes

Talent Development & Succession Planning

• Support talent review and calibration processes
• Assist in building and maintaining succession planning frameworks
• Participate in high-potential development programs
• Support competency model development and application

Performance & Effectiveness Support

• Assist in optimizing performance management processes
• Monitor performance data and analyze organizational effectiveness trends
• Support incentive and performance-related improvement initiatives

Culture & Change Management

• Support the implementation of company mission, vision, and values
• Participate in organizational change initiatives and transformation projects
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration mechanisms

OD Projects & Data Management

• Support OD-related projects (e.g., restructuring, workforce planning, capability framework development)
• Maintain organizational data dashboards and reports
• Prepare analysis reports and improvement recommendations

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
• 1–3 years of HR experience; OD or talent development experience preferred
• Strong analytical and structured thinking ability
• Good data analysis and reporting skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Understanding of organizational design and talent development principles
• Experience in organizational restructuring or transformation projects
• Familiarity with talent review tools (e.g., 9-box grid)
• Knowledge of performance management systems
