Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll become the primary HR partner for managers and employees across the EMEA region, taking ownership of day-to-day HR operations while helping shape and support our people agenda.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR generalist who thrives in a hands-on environment and is looking to expand their international HR experience within a global technology organization.

What you'll be doing

Partnering with Managers & Employees

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees across EMEA.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, attendance, policies, and people matters.
  • Partner with leaders to identify people priorities and support business objectives.
  • Support annual performance, talent review, and compensation processes.

HR operations & Employee lifecycle

  • Own and manage day-to-day HR operations across the EMEA region, with a focus on France and Belgium.
  • Coordinate onboarding, promotions, transfers, leave administration, employee changes, and offboarding activities.
  • Prepare and maintain employment documentation and employee records.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Workday and other HR systems.
  • Deliver a consistent, positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

France & Belgium HR leadership

  • Serve as the key HR contact for employee representative bodies, including leading CSE consultations, coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and tracking actions.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, performance management, absence management, and employee exits.
  • Support the implementation of locally compliant employment policies and practices.
  • Coordinate local HR processes and employment documentation.

Payroll, benefits & Vendor management

  • Partner with payroll providers and Finance teams to ensure accurate processing of employee changes.
  • Support the administration of benefits programmes across the region.
  • Manage relationships with external HR, payroll, and benefits providers.
  • Respond to payroll and benefits-related employee enquiries.
  • Coordinate effectively with local employing entities and Employer of Record (EOR) partners.

Projects & Continuous improvement

  • Support HR transformation, integration, and harmonisation initiatives across the business.
  • Contribute to policy development and implementation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and employee experience.
  • Assist with organisational change and workforce transformation projects.
  • Prepare workforce reports, metrics, and HR analytics.

What we're looking for

We're interested in talented HR professionals who may not meet every requirement listed below. If your experience is broadly aligned and you're excited by the opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.

Essential experience

  • HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Partner experience within an international organization.
  • Strong practical knowledge of French employment practices and employee relations.
  • Experience supporting managers on performance, employee relations, and people matters.
  • Experience coordinating payroll and benefits administration.
  • Experience working with external providers and multi-country employment models.
  • Fluent French and English.
  • Experience using Workday or a comparable HRIS platform.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting employees across multiple European countries.
  • Experience working with Employer of Record (EOR) arrangements.
