HR Payroll & Benefits

About the role

Responsible for the end-to-end payroll and employee benefits operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with company policies and Philippine statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing
• Validate attendance, overtime, undertime, absences, and leaves
• Process salaries, deductions, adjustments, and other payroll-related items
• Handle SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and other statutory requirements
• Manage employee benefits and related concerns
• Maintain and update accurate and confidential 201 employee files and records
• Prepare payroll reports and conduct payroll reconciliation
• Operate and maintain the company's payroll system
• Coordinate with Accounting/Finance regarding payroll processing
• Address employee concerns regarding salaries, deductions, and benefits

About you

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
• At least 1 year of hands-on payroll experience
• Must have experience handling end-to-end payroll
• Payroll system experience is required
• Knowledge of Philippine statutory benefits and government contributions
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Good Excel and reporting skills
