Key result area (KRA)

1. Time Office & Pay roll

• Daily tracking circulation of time office reports (In Out time/ Late/ Permissions/ Absenteeism/ OT/Headcount)
• Coordinate with other department and upload the weekly shift schedules in Star-link
• Handle and closure of time office related grievances
• Compliance of all statutory regulation related to Time office
• Maintain error free MIS reports
• Provide on time and error free data on payroll as per Star-link

2. Administration

• Take care of all factory related admin activities
• Participate and addressing the issues discussed in the committee meeting on Transport, Canteen and Safety
• Improve the GMP compliance of the office area
• Handle and closure of Admin related grievances
• On time issuance of all welfare items.

3. Strengthen governance around statutory compliance

• Ensure Factory & CL statutory compliance requirements are met.
• Conduct monthly compliance audit.
• Monitor and present the monthly compliance audit scores.
• Ensure Contractors meet all statutory compliance requirements.
• Ensure timely fulfilment of all Factory related statutory requirements.
• Ensure no deviation in Legal compliance and in case of any deviation coordinate with respective stack holders and provide corrective action on immediate basis.
• Liasoning with Government authorities.
• Ensure HR compliance in Quality & Safety front.

4. Contract labour management

• Participate in the weekly man power planning and freeze on the CL man power for the week.
• Coordinate with Contractors and ensure required CL manpower is available on every shift as per the plan
• Work on the strategies to overcome manpower fluctuations.
• Ensure CL supervisors comply with his Roles & Responsibility.
• Ensure GMP & Safety instructions are followed by all CL in factory.
• Assess the effectiveness of the contractors.
• Ensure all legal requirements of CL is met by the contractors
• Ensure Online relieving of CL in shop floor
• Maintain CL related MIS
• Manage the CL fluctuations without affecting the business
• Track daily attendance
• Raising PO in SAP
• Processing the on time bills of Contactors .

5. Ensure Employee Welfare

• Ensure compliances on Uniform, Safety shoe and Health Check-up, Employee Loans, Marriage Gift etc.
• Discuss with SCM and ensure vendor finalization is as per policies & standards.
• Coordinate with vendor and ensure on time availability of welfare material.
• Handle and close welfare related grievance
