Payroll Assistant Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Human Resource Management, or a related course.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant payroll or accounting experience.
• Knowledge of payroll computation, timekeeping, attendance, overtime, and deductions.
• Familiarity with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding tax computations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.
• Strong numerical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, honesty, and attention to detail.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist in preparing and processing employee payroll accurately and on time.
• Verify attendance records, overtime, leaves, and other payroll adjustments.
• Compute salaries, allowances, deductions, and net pay.
• Assist in preparing payroll reports and payslips.
• Monitor and update employee payroll records.
• Assist in processing statutory contributions and payroll-related taxes.
• Coordinate with HR and Accounting regarding payroll discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee salary information and payroll documents.

Pay: Php12,500.00 - Php13,000.00 per month
