HR Payroll Assistant - Compensation and Benefits

• Maintains organized, efficient and accurate records/filing system of all payroll records, both electronic and printed copies.
• Monitoring of Leaves Monitor monthly posting of contributions and loan remittances.
• Filing and processing of government-related employee benefits for SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, etc.
• Coordinates with Accounting for checks or salary related concerns
• Will handle both payroll and employee concerns

Job Specifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Development and Management or any Accounting related course
• Good in verbal and written communication skills
• At least 1 year of experience in Compensation & Benefits function.
• Must be detail oriented

Note: Salary compensation depends on proven work experience.

Work location: East Service Road, Taguig City (near FTI)

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
