Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR professional specializing in Payroll Administration to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in payroll governance, statutory compliances, and HR operations. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to process improvements within the HR function.

Responsibilities

• Ensure payroll governance is in place and fully operational.
• Stay up to date on statutory compliances related to employee payroll processes.
• Implement and manage various flexi-CTC packages, including flexi benefits.
• Evaluate and improve process levels within HR functions such as Payroll and Vendor Management.
• Work on payroll processes and related functions with a high degree of autonomy.
• Manage other HR-related activities for BFSI as assigned.
• Ensure seamless payroll processing and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR or relevant qualifications.
