Job Title: HR Payroll Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Payroll Intern to join our Human Resources team in Thane. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates from an HR background who are eager to gain hands-on experience in payroll processing, HR operations, employee records management, and statutory compliance. Internship experience in HR or payroll will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in payroll data collection, verification, and processing.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave, and payroll records.
• Support HR operations and employee documentation activities.
• Coordinate with employees for payroll-related queries.
• Assist in generating salary reports, payroll statements, and MIS reports.
• Ensure employee data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support statutory compliance documentation such as PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding formalities.
• Maintain HR databases and employee files.
• Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria

• Recent graduate or postgraduate in Human Resources, BMS, BBA, MBA (HR), or related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Internship experience in HR, payroll, or HR operations is preferred.
• Basic understanding of payroll processes and HR functions.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Desired Skills

• Basic payroll and HR operations knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee data.
• Good team player with a willingness to learn.
