What they need
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll, attendance, leaves, and employee records.
- Handle SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR requirements.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and employee concerns.
- Prepare HR and payroll reports.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 1–2 years of HR/Payroll experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Philippine payroll and government requirements.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy.
