What they need
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
Menginput data absensi, lembur, komisi karyawan ke HRIS
Melaksanakan proses input, perhitungan, dan verifikasi data penggajian karyawan secara akurat dan tepat waktu
Mengupdate data potongan pinjaman dan BPJS
Membuat slip gaji
Mencatat dan menindaklanjuti perubahan status karyawan (promosi, mutasi, demosi, resign)
Kualifikasi
- Minimal lulusan S1 Akuntansi, Manajemen, Matematika, Statistika
- Memiliki pengalaman min. 1 tahun di bidang payroll
- Memahami dasar rekonsiliasi data lintas sistem (payroll, absensi, keuangan).
- Mahir menggunakan Ms. Office (Excel) & HRIS
