HR PAYROLL

About the role

This role encompasses HR functions across payroll administration, recruitment and talent acquisition, and general HR support. Depending on your assigned function, you will manage end-to-end processes, maintain compliance with statutory requirements, and provide administrative support across various HR activities.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain employee attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll records
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other relevant regulations
• Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll-related data
• Handle employee inquiries relating to payroll, benefits, and compensation
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and reference checks
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to be able to converse comfortably with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Familiarity with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements is preferred for payroll-related roles
• Prior experience in payroll, recruitment, or general HR functions is an added advantage
