What they need
* Manage monthly payroll processing and salary calculations.
* Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and employee salary records.
* Handle payroll inputs, salary deductions, incentives, and reimbursements.
Required Candidate profile
Hands-on experience in payroll processing, preferably in manufacturing.
Good knowledge of payroll compliance, PF, ESIC, and labour laws.
Strong MS Excel skills and payroll documentation knowledge.
