HR Payroll Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of payroll processing for multiple companies.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Prepare and submit all statutory contributions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB (LHDN) and other related statutory requirements.
• Monitor and oversee foreign workers' payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Handle payroll-related enquiries from employees.
• Prepare payroll reports and other HR-related documentation as required.
• Liaise with government authorities on payroll and statutory matters when necessary.
• Perform any other ad-hoc jobs that assigned by Department Head.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of payroll experiences.
• Experience in handling full set of payroll for multiple companies will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB (LHDN).
• Experience in monitoring or coordinating foreign workers' payroll will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
