HR Payroll Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Payroll Executive with a strong background in the construction industry and a minimum of 5 years UAE experience. The ideal candidate will manage end‑to‑end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing for a large construction workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete monthly payroll for labour and staff across multiple project sites
• Verify attendance, overtime, leave records, and site transfers with timekeepers
• Prepare and process WPS/SIF files in compliance with UAE regulations
• Maintain and update employee master data, salary structures, and deductions
• Prepare final settlements, EOSB, leave encashment, and gratuity calculations
• Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Site Supervisors for payroll-related matters
• Generate payroll reports, cost summaries, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal company policies
• Support internal and external audits with required payroll documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years UAE payroll experience in the construction/contracting sector (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of WPS, UAE Labour Law, and construction manpower categories
• Experience managing high-volume labour payroll
• Proficiency in MS Excel, payroll systems, and ERP platforms
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or related field

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
