HR Payroll Executive

WeCredit is a fast-growing FinTech company focused on building accessible and technology-driven financial solutions. As we continue to scale, we are looking for an HR Payroll Executive who can take ownership of payroll processing, attendance, employee data, and related HR operations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Payroll Executive with hands-on experience in monthly payroll processing, statutory deductions, and HR MIS.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process for employees across multiple locations.
• Ensure accurate calculation of gross salary, attendance, deductions, net salary, arrears, incentives, and other payroll components.
• Conduct payroll checks and reconciliation before final salary processing.
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Track absenteeism, late coming, loss of pay, joining dates, exit dates, and other attendance-related inputs.
• Ensure attendance data is accurately reflected in payroll.
• Coordinate with employees and reporting managers for attendance-related corrections.
• Support payroll-related statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, and other applicable deductions.
• Ensure accurate employee and employer contributions are processed as applicable.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in HR Payroll / Payroll Operations.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of attendance, leave, payroll inputs, salary structures, deductions, PF, ESIC, and TDS.
