HR Payroll Executive

• Salary Calculation: Compute gross-to-net pay by factoring in base pay, allowances, overtime, and bonuses.
• Deductions and Tax Withholding: Process mandatory deductions like income tax, provident funds, and social security.
• Disbursement and Payslips: Issue timely direct deposits, checks, and itemized pay stubs.
• Regulatory Compliance: File statutory remittances and tax reports with government authorities on time.

Core HR Responsibilities in Payroll

• Attendance and Leave Tracking: Record work hours, approved leaves, and unpaid absences (Loss of Pay) to feed into payroll.
• Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate new hire data setup and final settlements for departing staff.
• Policy Management: Establish compensation structures, bonus frameworks, and employee benefit programs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
