HR Payroll Officer

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and organized HR Payroll Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for payroll processing while also supporting various HR and general administrative activities.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other payroll components.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records.
• Prepare payroll reports and related documentation.
• Handle employees' payroll-related inquiries.
• Ensure payroll processes comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist with recruitment and interview coordination when required.
• Prepare HR-related documents, letters, and reports.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll, HR administration, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of payroll processes and HR administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with HRIS or payroll systems is an advantage.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication in English and interpersonal skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
• Flexible and willing to handle various HR and administrative responsibilities.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
