HR Payroll / Outsourcing service provider

• Location : KL Eco City
• 5 days work week fully onsite
• Must have experienced in payroll (1 or 2 years)
• Global EOR company (Good exposure and learning opportunity)

Responsibilities :

• Manage the full cycle of EOR service delivery, including onboarding, payroll coordination, offboarding, and daily delivery follow-up
• Coordinate with internal teams and external EOR/local service providers to ensure timely and accurate execution
• Track project timelines, identify delivery risks or exceptions, and drive resolution in a proactive manner
• Support service quality monitoring and continuously improve delivery processes and SOPs
• Prepare delivery reports, data summaries, and operational insights for internal review

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Human Resources, Business, or related fields is preferred
• 2+ years of experience in EOR, PEO outsourcing or human resource, vendor management, or project/service delivery
• Strong communication and coordination skills across teams and external partners
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English for daily business communication
