HR-Payroll Specialist

We are looking for an experienced HR Payroll Specialist with a strong background in manufacturing or factory operations. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, attendance and leave management, statutory compliance, wage calculations, and maintaining accurate employee records for factory and office employees.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in HR, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Payroll, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setup.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliances, factory attendance, wage structures, and labour laws.
• Fluent with Advance MS Excel.
• Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar employee payroll.
• Strong numerical, analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and ownership of payroll activities

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
