HR Payroll Staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With 1–2 years of experience in payroll processing, HR administration, or a related role; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
• Knowledge of payroll computation, timekeeping, attendance, overtime, leave, and employee deductions.
• Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications; experience with payroll or HRIS systems is an advantage.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
• Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet payroll deadlines.
• Willing to work on-site and adjust to operational requirements, including weekends or holidays when necessary.
