HR Payroll Staff

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Business Administration, Accounting, or any related course
• Has a background or experience in payroll processing and timekeeping
• Knowledgeable in report preparation
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Knowledgeable in records management
• Keen attention to detail
• Trustworthy and highly responsible
• Willing to render overtime when necessary
• Relevant payroll experience is an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and processing of payroll, statutory reports, and other payroll-related requirements and deadlines
• Encode and reconcile payroll adjustments, deductions, allowances, incentives, and other earnings
• Coordinate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee concerns
• Ensure the accurate computation of mandatory and authorized deductions
• Maintain organized and accurate payroll records and files
• Ensure compliance with applicable payroll policies and statutory requirements
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate superior
