What they need
- Handles bi-monthly payroll for officebased employees
- Ensures accurate computation of salaries and corresponding deductions of government mandatories.
- Manages Human Resource Information Software (KAMI)
- Serves as primary point of contact for staff inquiries regarding salary, pay discrepancies and other matter pertaining to salaries and employee's KAMI account
- Incharge of monthly consolidation of employees
- Final pay computation and releasing
- Incharge of creating payment request form
- Creation of COE
- Weekly Billing and Endorsement Reports and Monthly Salary Report
- 201 Filings
- ATM Enrollment
Job Qualification:
- Must be a HR, psychology or business related graduated
- 1-3 years experience in payroll administration is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in DOLE rules on salaries and wages
- Fresh graduates are welcome
