HR/ Payroll Staff

• Process employee payroll accurately and on time.
• Monitor and verify employee attendance, daily time records (DTR), overtime, tardiness, absences, and leave applications.
• Compute salaries, overtime pay, holiday pay, statutory contributions, withholding tax, and other authorized deductions.
• Prepare payroll reports, payslips, and other payroll-related documents.
• Maintain and update employee 201 files and personnel records.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee orientation, and preparation of employment documents.
• Monitor and assist in the administration of employee benefits, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other statutory requirements.
• Preparing 13th-month pay and other employee benefits.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee and payroll information.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, attendance, and HR policies.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.
• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Preferably with experience in HR administration and payroll processing.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Strong numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
