Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations, including salary processing, PF, ESIC, statutory compliance, and HRMS operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end monthly salary processing for employees.
• Manage PF and ESIC calculations, deductions and statutory compliance.
• Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave, incentives, deductions and reimbursements.
• Handle PF/ESIC registration, challans, returns and employee-related queries.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll and statutory records.
• Manage payroll processes through HRMS/Payroll Software.
• Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for timely salary disbursement.
• Prepare payroll MIS and monthly salary reports for management.
• Handle full & final settlement calculations and exit-related payroll activities.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and confidentiality.
• Keep updated with applicable statutory payroll requirements.

Mandatory Experience

Candidates must have practical hands-on experience in:

• PF & ESIC
• Monthly Salary Processing
• Payroll / HRMS Software
• Attendance & Leave Integration
• Payroll MIS & Statutory Compliance

Candidates without hands-on PF, ESIC and salary processing experience will not be considered.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline; HR/Payroll certification or relevant qualification will be an added advantage.
