- Melakukan proses rekrutmen pengemudi
- Melakukan training ke pengemudi
- Memastikan dan membantu proses pengelolaan pengemudi agar sesuai dengan ketentuan perusahaan maupun ketentuan eksternal
- Membuat laporan pertumbuhan pengemudi
- Mengerjakan administrasi pengemudi
Kualifikasi :
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang HR
- Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, dan PowerPoint)
- Lulusan S1 Psikologi diutamakan; terbuka bagi lulusan Manajemen SDM atau bidang lain yang relevan dengan pengalaman di bidang HR
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Wajib mampu mengendarai mobil manual dan memiliki SIM A yang masih berlaku
- Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh Pool Bluebird JABODETABEK
