HR - Performance & Rewards

Responsibility:

• Ensure KPIs were setting up for all managements and cascading to all staff
• Actively monitoring and tracking on performance and improvement
• Coordinate with HR Relationship Manager on annual performance management cycle
• Design and review reward programs
• Job matching, carry and compensation benchmark exercise and market
• Staff Cost Budgeting and Tracking
• Support management in disciplinary
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in Performance & Rewards through new ideas, data insights, and HR technologies to support business growth and employee engagement.

Qualification:

• Bachelor/ Master degree in HR Management or any related fields

• At least 3 years’ experience of  progressively responsible professional level experience in the rewards, compensation & benefits management

• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate organizational strategy into forward-thinking Performance & Rewards programs

• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

• Experience in driving change and improving work processes.

• Strong people management skills and work collaboration

• Good communication with good analytical skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Good command of English
