About the role

This role focuses on employee development, training program design and delivery, career path development, talent management support, and performance management within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Create employee development programs
• Design and implement training programs
• Develop career paths and employee competencies
• Support talent management initiatives
• Develop performance appraisal processes and documentation
• Analyze HR data and produce employee development reports
• Coordinate with all departments and outlets

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 qualification in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or related field
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR Development, Learning & Development, or Talent Management
• Understanding of Training & Development, Career Path, Talent Management, and Performance Management concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, with high initiative and ability to work independently and in teams
• Ability to work with teams and communicate effectively
• Diligent, patient, and focused on achieving targets
• Willing to travel to outlets
