**Job Title: HR Product Manager

Location : Remote

Fulltime** Mandatory Skills: Retail - Omni Channel . Summary Lead an HR technology discovery project focused on Talent Acquisition, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Strategic Workforce Planning, with a potential extension into implementation. The role involves migration from current systems to Workday and requires strong HR technology expertise.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR discovery project for Talent Acquisition, LMS, and Workforce Planning.
• Assess current HR systems and define migration strategy to Workday.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document findings.
• Provide recommendations for HR technology roadmap and implementation readiness.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years in HR technology product management or HR systems implementation.
• Proven experience in HR process analysis and system migration projects.

Required Skills:

• Strong HR technology background (Workday preferred).
• Expertise in Talent Acquisition and LMS systems.
• Knowledge of Strategic Workforce Planning processes.
• Ability to manage discovery and requirements gathering phases.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Workday implementation projects.
• Familiarity with change management in HR technology.
