Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Hiring

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical/management interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and joining documentation.

Employee Management

• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, late marks, and working hours.
• Address employee queries and workplace concerns.
• Conduct employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.
• Manage employee confirmations, appraisals, promotions, and exits.

Payroll HR Operations

• Coordinate monthly payroll processing with the accounts/finance team.
• Verify attendance, leaves, deductions, incentives, and other payroll inputs.
• Maintain salary and employee-related records.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are properly implemented.
• Prepare HR reports and management updates when required.

Performance Management

• Coordinate employee performance reviews and appraisal processes.
• Maintain performance records and feedback.
• Work with managers to identify performance or productivity concerns.
• Support employee development and improvement initiatives.

• Experience Qualification: Graduation
