HR Program Manager III

For our client, we are seeking a HR Program Manager III to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This role will drive cross-functional program execution across HR initiatives, with a focus on improving processes, aligning resources, and delivering clear visibility into project progress. The position will partner closely with stakeholders to manage priorities, resolve issues, and keep workstreams moving toward defined objectives. It is well suited for a program management professional who can bring structure, communication, and discipline to complex people-related initiatives within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop improvement strategies that ensure resource alignment
• Manage the full project life cycle
• Use project management tools to oversee program execution
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including action items and risks
• Communicate project status to stakeholders through executive summaries
• Negotiate with stakeholders to support resource allocation and issue resolution
• Lead cross-functional meetings to achieve objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master’s preferred
• 5+ years of project implementation or program management experience
• Experience in managed care or prescription benefit management is a plus
• Strong program management skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and consulting abilities
