HR Project Officer (Perm)

The Opportunity This is not your standard desk job. You will be at the forefront of our regional expansion while supporting critical HR operations and public sector projects.

What You Will Do:

• Regional Expansion & Strategy: Travel regularly between Hong Kong and China (Shenzhen) to explore new business opportunities, conduct market research, and build relationships in new markets.
• HR Project Management: Analyze HKSAR tender requirements, manage relationships with Public Sector Clients, and drive the end-to-end recruitment process (from posting job advertisements to preparing and signing employment contracts and managing rosters).
• Operations & Admin Support: Serve as a key point of contact for outsourced employee enquiries, and provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Who We Are Looking For:

• An educational background featuring an Associate Degree or above in HR Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in HR, Administration, Project Management, Recruitment, or Business Development.
• A highly self-motivated and detail-minded professional with a genuine willingness to learn.
• An excellent communicator and a collaborative team player who can confidently engage with diverse stakeholders across regions.
• Willingness and excitement to travel regularly between Hong Kong and China.
• Able to communicate by Mandarin
• Familiar with AI and latest technology tools
